How It Works

Schedule your complimentary intake call. During this casual chat, on the phone we will talk about what you are looking for in a doula, what my practice looks like, and if it is the right fit.

After our intake, we will schedule our two prenatal meetings to go over birth positions, breath work, and create your birth plan. I tailor these meetings to your expectations and questions and sprinkle in prenatal yoga and childbirth education.

After birth, I check in twice to make sure you have answers to all of your questions and resources to guide you in the right direction! I work with a big community to make sure you always have the support you need.

We are one of the only mammals that do not eat our placenta. Capsules are an incredible way to replenish your iron stores and rebalance your hormone levels. My placenta encapsulation process is extremely safe and follows all FDA protocols.

5-1-1 is the typical answer. This means, when contractions are 5 minutes apart, 1 minute in length, and this phenomenon lasts 1 minute. In our sessions, I go into more specific signs to look for which indicate it is time to go!

I am human! And, I always make sure that for every birth I have 1-2 backups that you meet well ahead of time. I select my backups carefully and make sure they are a good fit so that there are no surprises in labor!
